So, what’s Santos? Well, it’s not “what” it’s “who”— Jose Santos Islas was a cook at the original CHEGG in Beach Haven, NJ for about 10 years. When Santos first cooked up a batch of this now infamous sauce for our staff we knew it had to go on the menu. It’s a unique blend of hickory BBQ, garlic, and special spices that join forces to make Santos a fan favorite. And, here’s a little secret—if you love it on our wings, wait till you try it on a plate of ribs! Enjoy!
